Metal detecting

I am writing to request permission to metal detect on any local land please. I am an avid metal detector enthusiast based in Teignmouth and I have a passion for discovering local artifacts and relics from the past.

I would very much like to explore farmland in the hopes of finding interesting historical items that may have been lost or buried over time. I am always respectful of property and ensure that any areas I detect are left undisturbed and any holes dug are refilled.

I would like to assure you that I am a responsible and experienced metal detectorist, and I will take all necessary precautions to avoid any damage to property. I will also be happy to provide any information about any significant items I may discover on any land.

If anyone is kind enough to grant me permission to metal detect on their land, I would be happy to discuss any terms or conditions that you may have. I am willing to sign a liability waiver and I can provide proof of my National Council for Metal Detecting membership and insurance if necessary.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to hearing from anyone interested and hopefully having the opportunity to explore some local land.

Regards
